Combine all ingredients in the container or jar of choice and mix well.
To prepare the hot chocolate, mix 1.5 tablespoons of mix with 1 cup of rice milk in a pot.
Heat over med-high heat, stirring intermittently, until it's steaming and the chocolate has melted and become incorporated.
Pour, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Rice milk is generally quite a bit thinner than a number of other milk alternatives, so cornstarch is included to add some depth to the hot chocolate. If you're using a nut milk, or oat milk, you'll want to omit this ingredient.
