2cupsBread crumbs from fresh blended up bread ends1/2 batch = 1 cup
1 cupWater1/2 batch = 1/2 cup
1/4 OR 2 cup/tbs.Sugar - 1/4 cup for a sweet biscuit OR 2 Tbs. for a savory biscuit1/2 batch = 2Tbs. or 1Tbs.
2 cupsFlour1/2 batch = 1 cup
1/2cupOlive oil 1/2 batch = 1/4 cup
1tbs. Baking Powder1/2 batch = 1/2Tbs.
1cup An add-in like Chocolate chips, Blueberries, Cheese or Herbs. 1/2 batch = 1/2
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and get out your cookie sheet or pan.
If you haven't already, blend up your bread ends in the food processor.
Measure out 2 cups of bread end bread crumbs into your mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup of water to the crumbs and mix. Let sit while you prepare the other ingredients.
Add all the remaining ingredients except for the add-in (chocolate chips, blueberries etc...) to the mixing bowl. Mix on medium high until all incorporated. Like 10 seconds! Not long :)
Add your blueberries, or add-in of choice. Mix until just incorporated.
Gather a large spoonful of batter and drop onto the pan.
Bake until edges are golden brown. Approximately 20-25 minutes.

Notes
Store in an airtight container. They should stay good for 3-5 days.Make some for a neighbor or friend. They make a great gift!
