Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Find your 9"x13" casserole dish.
Slice bananas into1/8" slices and spread along the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle the 3/4 cup of brown sugar over the bananas.
Melt the 1/2 cup of butter, and pour over the brown sugar and bananas.
In a large bowl or large measuring cup, add the milk and eggs. Mix well.
Prepare the bread cubes by cutting them into 1"x1" cubes. Add the bread cubes to the milk and egg mixtures and turn until combined and the mixture is absorbed.
Spread the bread mixture over the banana mixture.
Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until set.
Plate by flipping a slice of casserole over, so the banana is visible on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and splash with syrup.
